Our Welsh farmed lamb has been endorsed by many well known chefs and not without reason.  The quality and taste of the lamb has been recognized by major awards recieveing 3 Gold Stars from the Guild of Fine Foods, Great Taste Awards 2010 one better than the 2 Gold Stars recieved from the Guild of Fine Foods, Great Taste Awards 2009.  

Our farm lamb also won the the Countryside Alliance Local Food Award 2009/10 (Wales Champion) and was a qualifying finalist in the UK wide competition.
