Lamb from our farms provided the show piece main course at the London G-20 Summit 2009.  The Welsh hill farm lamb served with simple flat bread and the strong-flavoured English herb and wild garlic main course was devised by renowned chef Jamie Oliver. 

The leaders of G-20, including Barrack and Michelle Obama dined at Number 10 Dowing Street after an earlier reception at Buckingham palace.   Jamie an original supporter of Welsh hill farm lamb has even featured our own Daphne Tilley in an episode of his "Jamie at Home" Channel 4 series.
