The Daphne's Welsh Lamb experience has just gone up in the world.  The lamb course featuring our lamb is being served Oblix restaurant in the London Shard.  The 32nd floor restaurant has amazing views high over the Thames, with the cathedrals of Southwark and St Paul’s, the BT Tower and the London Eye all unfurling below as you enoy fine cuisine.  

The Shard which is the tallest building in the EU opened to the public in February of 2013. It dominates the London skyline; wherever you are, you see it.  The lamb courses served at Oblix have already recieved excellent rating and feedback in reviews on social media.
