Temper Restaurants value locally produced Welsh Lamb

Temper restaurants are unique BBQ and open fire pit restaurants with a focus on New World wine and with an innovative cocktail temperstempersselection, created in house. The dining experience is dramatic with everything is cooked in front of your eyes using only wood and charcoal in the huge open kitchen fire pits in the middle of the room.  All the meat is sourced from local farms including Daphnes Welsh Lamb.

The first restaurant, temper Soho, focuses on BBQ with a South American influence, serving tacos on house-made tortillas, and mezcal in traditional clay cups.

The newest restaurant, temper City opened in July 2017, serving BBQ meats and poultry alongside curry, tandoor roasted meats and home-made roti breads.
