Claude Bosi of 2 Star Michelin Hibiscus Restaurant is providing a movie inspired menu for Judges at the Cannes Film Festival 2013.  Claude has created an homage meal, based on 'The Piano', winner of the 1993 Palm d'Or, for the world renounded festival of film as part of an Electrolux sponsorship of Michelin partner chefs at the event.   

Claude Bosi's Hibiscus Restaurant is top ten ranked in the Good Food Guide and features in the top 100 San Pellegrino world wide rankings.  Claude has been previously nominated the  Top Chef's Chef of the Year.
